As some of you may now be aware, we are now able to offer all face treatments which means Skin treatments, brows and lashes are all BACK ON. We do still have some restrictions on how we work which includes leaving time in between appointments for cleaning but we are slowly getting back to somewhere near normal. If you haven’t already seen on our social media, below you’ll find a list of the guidelines we now follow to keep inline with the government. Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions or would like more information on how we are ensuring we are all safe.
- Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell, call us on 01842 824555 and we will happily reschedule your appointment.
- We will be pre-screening all clients prior to their appointments for Covid-19.
- We will be increasing our hand washing and sanitising, including increased cleaning on frequently touched areas.
- All staff have completed advanced training on safely returning to work and knowledge on Covid-19.
- All staff will be wearing recommended government PPE throughout your appointment.
- Please arrive promptly at your appointment time alone, when possible and only bring essential items with you.
- During this time we are currently unable to provide refreshments apart from self service water in reception.
- Appointments are being booked with extra time in between to allow for cleaning/sanitising.
- Please be aware that due to the global pandemic there may be a time when your appointment is cancelled at short notice.
- Due to the added changes of Covid-19 there is a slight increase inn our pricing structure. We appreciate your support.
Also on a sad note, Natalie will be leaving us at the end of this week to start her own new venture. She will be working self employed within a salon in Feltwell and although we are all really sad to see her go we all wish her all the success and I’m sure we will see her in the salon again soon x
